WHAT IS HYDROLYZED BREWER’S YEAST AGM+ ?
Hydrolyzed Brewer’s Yeast AGM+ is a product obtained from the enzymatic hydrolysis of Saccharomyces cerevisiae yeast into small peptides, amino acids, minerals, and B-complex vitamins. It is a highly digestible protein source that helps enhance immunity, support recovery, stimulate appetite, and improve digestion in animals.
PRODUCTION PROCESS
Heating 1: To remove foam from wet brewer’s spent yeast and raise the temperature to create suitable conditions for the hydrolysis process.
Mixing and Heating 2: To add more dried brewer’s yeast in order to increase the total solid content.
Mixing: To create a homogeneous mixture.
Filtration: To remove residues from wet brewer’s spent yeast.
Grinding: To mechanically disrupt yeast cells through the impact of 0.6 mm zirconium beads, breaking the yeast cells and large protein fragments into smaller peptides.
Pasteurization: To significantly reduce microorganisms in the yeast slurry, facilitating the subsequent hydrolysis process.
Enzymatic Hydrolysis: To break down yeast cell walls and hydrolyze proteins into smaller molecules.
Pasteurization: To pasteurize the product before filling.
Add additives according to the specified dosage.
Pasteurize the product under the defined conditions before filling.
Packaging :To facilitate transportation and storage.
Storage: The finished product will be stored in the finished goods warehouse under ambient conditions.
